Who we are
This website is operated by KEGAWISER Cleaning Supplies & Trading. Our privacy contact is being confirmed.
What this website stores
Your cart is saved in your own browser on your device. When you place an order on this website, we store the details you give us: your name, contact number, email address, delivery address, the items you ordered, the payment method you chose, and the payment reference and proof of payment you submit. We use them only to deliver your order and confirm your payment.
Payments
We do not take card payments on this website. You pay by sending money to the account shown after you place your order, and we confirm each payment ourselves.
Messages and orders sent through chat
When you send an order or inquiry, it opens in WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger. Those messages are handled by those services under their own privacy policies, and by KEGAWISER to respond to you and fulfill your order.
Server logs
Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
Why we use information
To respond to your messages, confirm and deliver your orders, and keep this website working.
Who can access it
KEGAWISER staff who handle orders and inquiries. Proof of payment can be opened only by signed-in staff.
How long we keep it
Your cart stays in your browser until you clear it. Order records are kept as long as needed for delivery, payment records, and accounting or legal requirements. Chat messages are kept as long as needed to serve you.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you.
Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page.
